Wenger saying that Rosicky and TV are 'big doubts' for saturday. I'm gonna start praying from today that they are fit! :S

Re: Arsenal v spuds post match
That was the best game I've seen at the Emirates! So much fun. It looked like it'd be a nightmare after we went 2-0 down but we responded amazingly!
Huge credit to Wenger. I wasn't so sure when saw the starting line-up but it worked. Rosicky and Benayoun played their socks off.
On the way to the game I heard mumblings from a few miserable fans on the train expecting a loss, silly boys. What also bugged me was people slagging Walcott off behind me first half then absolutely loving on him the second half when he scores, very fickle. I went for 3-2 as a bet but as soon as it got to 3-2 I knew it wouldn't stay that way.
Great result and a great day to be a Gooner!

I don't think you can blame them, he was useless and very very shit the first half.

He was useless first half but the things they were saying were horrible and shouldn't be said about your own team's player, whoever they are. It helps no-one. Then second half they were acting as if he couldn't do anything wrong. Just bugs me lol

Re: Arsenal v spuds post match
In fairness that is Theo Walcott at his best, your always going to have him on the periphery of games sometimes due to his lack of technical ability, he adds little to build up play, but his runs and his occassional assist or goal make him a worthwhile weapon.
He is never going to be a world beater, lets just appreciate him for what he is, he can be an effective player.

Wenger said there was "bad news" about Vermaelen and Rosicky, that would mean about 11 players injured again if they are not fit for next weekend and no one is back, horrendous.

I'm hoping Rosicky and TV have only picked up minor knocks and he is saying that to keep them out of the International games midweek, hopefully...

We should ban our entire squad from internationals this week.

Re: Arsenal v spuds post match
Wenger did talk to Holland's manager in the last round of friendlies and told him not to play RVP.. can we expect something similar this week or Wenger wouldn't ask him twice to do it?

I was just looking at the friendlies, I didn't see a game for Cameroon, Poland.
That means Song, Szczesny won't play, add to that Arteta, Gibbs and maybe Koscielny.

That's my feeling as well. They seemed fine during the game. We're light on with Mert out long term and Ramsey out, we need to make sure our CD and CMs are health (Verm and Ros). Koscielny not called up for France, so Vermaelen is the one. Anyway, I'm overanalyzing.
Great performance, great result! Even at 1-0 down, I was happy because we were playing with PASSION, with heart. It's been missing for a while now, so it was great to see. And we looked relatively dangerous, so I knew chances would come.
It was also important to get a good, big result. Last year when we went out of the cups we slumped, and it lasted for months. This is a big result, and should ensure that that doesn't happen again.

Kos is not called up is what I heart. With that many first teamers out, it makes sense to try to keep Verm and Rosicky.
I just wish he had said RVP instead.
