Honestly, this is unbelievable. Usually I try to remain calm, even when we perform really badly, which is quite often nowadays - but this is just arghhh!!!

Ba for 7.5m or Huntelaar for 6m?
I know everyone will say based on Wenger's transfer strategy we'll go for Huntelaar, the cheapest option, but who is better actually?
I would go for Huntelaar as he is a better finisher, a 'poacher' which is what we need, and I think he is more proven than Ba.

Ba is more proven than Huntelaar in the Premier League though.

Yeah sure he is, but Huntelaar already played for big clubs like real madrid (although it didn't quite work out) and maybe is a bit more accustomed to high pressure games, whereas Ba has only played for a relegation battling west ham and newcastle. Also, Ba has knee problems.

Re: January transfers
Don't know why Huntelaar is considered a flop at Real. He has a respectable goal to game ratio. Take into consideration the time he tool to settle in and all that as well/

Goal.com saying that Henry to Arsenal on a similar loan deal as last year is done! I know it is goal.com, but still, I fully believe it and the day I see it on the arsenal site will be the 2nd best day of this year. (the 1st being signing him for the 2nd time earlier this year).

Gunners chief Kroenke in £80m splurge... but let's hope he's got some change for Arsene after buying ranch the size of 71,000 Emirates Stadium pitches
By MATT FORTUNE
PUBLISHED: 21:00, 3 December 2012 | UPDATED: 23:34, 3 December 2012
On Saturday Arsenal fans marched against the perceived lack of financial muscle being flexed in the transfer market. How could a club with billionaire shareholders and some of the most expensive tickets in world football be unable to compete in the Premier League?News then, that 5,000 miles away American majority shareholder Stan Kroenke was putting the finishing touches to an £80million deal for a Montana ranch will not sit will with feuding fans. The billionaire businessman has purchased the 124,000 acre site - enough to fit 71,000 Emirates Stadium pitches - in the Rocky Mountains, a fitting location considering the indifferent form of his team and the size of the task facing them if they are to maintain their place among England and
What is everyone so angry about? Surely he's allowed to spend some of his significant fortune at places other than Arsenal? He's a billionaire for Christs sake.
Yes yes yes I know he hasn't contributed a cent to buying players, wages etc but until our self sufficient business model is scrapped he won't.

Not seen this Zaha fellow, funky name but is he as good as the hype?
Three other players whose contracts will be expiring in the summer - Lewis Holtby, Llorente, Adrian Lopez.

And of course Walcott will end up on United, Chelsea, or City and will turn into an absolute monster and score shitloads of goals against us...

I'd be fine with him going to Liverpool. As for abroad, he can go wherever he damn well pleases, maybe even Barcelona if they'd want him.

Found this on YouTube. Looks like a player Wenger can do something with, but then again, these are just highlights.

Re: January transfers
Another one for the future. tbh not really what we need, would rather give Walcott more money. People seem to forget that Walcott still has his best years ahead of him and has started to show how prolific he could be with plenty of goals/assists. I will be very annoyed if he leaves and angry if he goes to another prem side

I would love if he signed an extension, Theo's really starting to prove his worth.

It looks like he is off. I hope no one tries to convince me it is only a matter of trophies. Fucking greedy cunt would have stayed at Southampton and maybe become a sprinter if it weren't for us.

In all honestly thats as ludicrous, if not more so, than that us signing Downing (haha) rumour. Especially considering the reason Nani won't sign a new contract at Utd is cause they won't pay him +£120k pw...Not to mention Nani is about as consistent as our team is, there's no way we'd sign him.

Re: January transfers
I know we won't sell him, I know that he had some good games this season, but I am really disappointed for Ramsey. Maybe we should loan him so that he can play with no pressure for a while, get his game back and then come back.
