Average performance? We created very little. We Were terrible in defense (though our defensive setup was inviting pressure). We couldn't hold onto the ball in midfield. Decidedly below average performance.

Arshavin was better than Walcott today, that tells something.

Rosicky has to start against United, I had enough of this shit from Ramsey.

And now Henry doesn't have the record of having scored against all EPL teams. Fucking bad day.

A team challenging for 4th should not get bossed around by fucking Swansea. I can't see Chelsea, Spurs, City, Utd etc. getting outplayed like this. Absolutely woeful performance, we could barely string 5 passes together. Van Persie had virtually no service whatsoever, our midfield three isn't creative enough.

I thought we were alright going forward in the second half. Certainly did enough to snatch a third. So yeah, average. I'm aware I'm in the minority here, but I think everyone is overreacting quite ridiculousy.

as i said about credit where its due they play and have played good football this season...but its us that seriously needs to be looking around thinking we should be bending over teams like this but why are we not

I agree, but Swansea are a very good possession side; they are speedy and skilled and have an excellent home record. We were always going to have to play on the counter. I didn't think we played that poorly, except for the obvious breakdowns which led to goals.
We just didn't show that much quality.
We're not getting great width because we don't have proper fullbacks.
Walcott and Arshavin were both anemic
Song was good, and I thought Miquel did relatively well.

Walcott was really terrible. I'm starting to think its the position that he plays. He can't consistently beat a man but makes really good runs. I think he needs to play through the middle but I would never play him over RvP, so he should be on the bench.

Anyone knows why Szczesny rushed out of the penalty when they scored the 3rd goal?, I think he was mistaken there.

Chambo and Rosicky looked good in the few minutes they played, hopefully they get to start the next match.
Ramsey needs a break, he runs so much and yet creates so little. The boy is capable of creating magic on his best day unfortunately those days haven't been flowing off recently.

And whilst I'm not defending Walcott for his overall performance, which was poor, let's not forget he got the goal that should have saved us a point today.

I think we'll beat United too. We're at home, and their midfield is wretched. Our's isn't great either these days, but I think we'll win.

Just a gutless performance. Yet another wasted opportunity when the teams close to us dropped points. Not good enough.

Theo is mind numbinglly frustrating. He did absolutely nothing today bar the goal (which in fairness was well taken), but that isn't enough to mask his shit, shit performance. Van Persie was given no service whatsoever.

Our lack of proper full backs is really hurting us at the moment. Not nearly enough width especially with arshavin and theo dawdling about. I thought miquel was decent enough all things considered, but am ready to ship Djourou out at the end of the year and promote Bartley.

Rambo was sloppy and wasteful, benayoun was anonymous, and how on Earth did Mertesacker miss that shot on the corner??

Hope we can turn this form around before United
