Why on earth are you using Ramsey as a scapegoat for our loss? It's Wenger's fault for playing him out of position. He categorically should never play on the left, I have no idea what world Wenger is living in thinking he can get away with playing with Ramsey on the left.

Vermaelen was terrible and cost us both goals. We had no urgency or creativity in midfield. Van Persie looks tired and not very sharp. He was quite poor today apart from the assist.

Overall a mediocre performance and could very well be two losses on the bounce after the City game.

Very very poor by us today.

It's not so much Ramsey as playing a CM out wide against shit like QPR when he doesn't fucking have to. That move rarely, if ever, works out for the best.

This is depressing as hell. God forbid we make things easy for ourselves.

Fuck ramsey..he is shit as a left winger or attacking mid or goalkeeper.

3 penalty claims..none given as usual.. fuck referees and our luck.. to be even more unlucky, vermaelen slips for their 2nd goal..fuck it

luck? luck had nothing to do with the dreadful performance we put out today. QPR were better than us and it is as simple as that. Whether it was complacency or something, we just didnt turn up today whilst QPR were fighting for their lives.

Not using him as a scapegoat. just saying he is a square peg in a round hole. the balance of the team goes off when he's on the pitch, right position or not.

For those saying he was played off position and it's Wengers fault. If you blame wenger for playing Ramsey then my first post says it all.

We were poor i'm not denying it.. but man utd play even worse and then win by the odd goal..We could have won it if vermaelen didnt slip and we got one of the 3 penalty claims! We cant win being excellent all the time and we dont have to.

None of the three penalty claims were actually worthy of being given. We were poor all around. Talk about team spirit.

lay off ramsey. you all forget this is his first full season in the PL. he's trying, but just not making the right decisions. QPR simply wanted it more. we were lazy. zamora made our defense look comical for the first half (thank god they figured out what to do with him in the second half). and I don't know how many times I saw someone on our team falling. we took this game for granted thinking it would be an easy win, just the opposite of what wenger called for

You make your own luck and today we fully deserved to lose. We were poor all over the pitch. Tactically QPR got it spot on... Zamora dominated Vermaelen today and that put us on the back foot and looking vulnerable more often than not.

A combination of factors cost us today and the ref certainly wasn't one of them!

What is very worrying is that Van Persie looks jaded and next Sunday we could be 3 points behind Spurs and only two in front of Chelsea....

Song has so many chances for a shot or better options today but chose the difficult pass bar the one RvP missed. he should put on some shooting boots as well.

City drew their game, so they will be looking to put things straight next week. Third and fourth still up for grabs.

Vermaelen cost us the game.
For the first he went tight to Taarabt, and forgot that when you go that tight, you have to get either the man or the ball. Get neither and you are a sitting duck. Taarabt should never have been allowed to turn there.
For the second he got beaten far too easily again, leaving 4 on 3 in favour of QPR.
Almost was at fault for Joey Barton's 3rd, if Szczesny hadn't saved it. He got caught out badly ball watching and just let it drop over his head to their right winger.

Glad I was working, and all those dreamers mentioning catching City, you really are a waste of air on this board, as if that was ever going to happen. This should drive us on to do better for the next game.

Remember Spurs might not win.

What do you think are the chances of that happening?

Well, they could win, lose or draw couldnt they...I think Swansea are decent so we will see, no point in being a total sceptic, just like there is no point in thinking we are going to smash everyone like people did on here because we were in very good form. There is a middle ground...

Did anyone not expect a win today? After all talk about mental strength and playing with confidence? Totally poor.

A London derby away from home against a team fighting for survival after already winning 8 in a row, it was eminantly (spelling) possible that we wouldnt win, anyone thinking otherwise is stupid.

Exactly, and people here telling me to lay off Ramsey.. why don't lay off the team after all? 8 games winning streak isn't something easy. They gave everything today and maybe with a bit more of luck could have made it 9 in a row.

Everything you said can said about QPR too. They won 3-2 against liverpool in the last second coming down from 2-0.. they had the same rest as us too.

8 games winning run was bound to end sooner rather than later.

"Expecting" to win any game in this league shows either blind arrogance or blind ignorance, or both. You should know better...
