One of my friends who lives down in shorditch my old stomping ground still heads down on transfer deadline day just sent me a text saying its the busiest he has seen it in years on deadline day...

could they be working overtime?

anybody sitting up tonight watching it all unfold?

John Cross saying hold up a bit, since Ozil (as recently as Aug 29th, on his facebook page) has stated he doesn't want to leave Madrid. I wonder if Ozil deal doesn't go through, then the DiMaria deal will?... i.e. one or the other, not both?

Also, Demba Ba isn't quite the striker Arsene was looking for
but he would be a good option - better than no striker coming in

BBC reporter over in Germany just tweeted 'paperwork for ozil is being completed as we speak'

I would say this is a done deal.
