Walcott played a one-two with Aaron Ramsey and curled a deflected shot home from the left.

Typical. All starting from sloppy play by Ramsey.

Re: Everton vs Arsenal
Once again we concede a goal from catching on shit around our own box when we needed to clear! Fuck!

Pretty pissed off right now. Very soft goal to concede. On a separate note, we need to buy Fellaini!

Santi really anonymous out wide, such a waste not having him in the middle.

Damn Jack's control through the legs and turn is awesome, he's done that a few times this season to great effect.

We are doing it again. Making Everton look like Real Madrid. Jelavic is fucking Cristiano Ronaldo.

Re: Everton vs Arsenal
Commentator just said Everton look a little bit hungrier. How is it that every game of ours these days, the opposition always look hungrier? Why is that?? It's a really big problem we have at the moment.

Thank god the half is over! And this is the first time since I have been supporting this club - over 10 years now - that I have ever said that.

Glad it's still 1-1 at the break. We haven't been very bad, but giving the ball away in decisive and dangerous areas. Need a bit more composure and need to step it up.

Re: Everton vs Arsenal
Intensity is not drilled into our players. It's up to them to play like they're possessed to give us that effect. We saw in that in quite a few home games last year - AC Milan and Newcastle were two examples.
Goodison Park has been a happy hunting ground for us in recent years. Even when it was a tough match we came out on top. We can't be surprised that Everton, having their best start to the season since Moyes joined, are in good form and causing us problems.
Re: Santi. The disadvantage of having him in the middle is that he is playing a role that requires him to be indisciplined positionally. If he is part of the middle 3 of the 4-3-3, it puts pressure on Arteta and Wilshere's defensive qualities, which are not their specialities, whatever spool is said about Arteta.

Yeah, via a goal off Giroud's arse. Basically we'll only win if we're lucky and Everton hands it to us cause right now it looks like we're not going anywhere.

Re: Everton vs Arsenal
Probably not, I think we're all pretty clear that this squad is limited. Dependence on one central striker, no muscle in midfield and a tendency to make stupid mistakes at the back. Unlike the best sides in the league we're not a well-drilled unit and we have clear shortcomings. I think the one that annoys me the most is that we're so light in midfield that Wenger feels the need to play Ramsey in one of the forward positions as an auxiliary hardworking midfield because we're light otherwise. It doesn't work particularly well in any case so I'm not a fan.
In the long run the only change left to make is the manager anyway, let's not beat around the bush.

Can't really disagree with too much of that right now.
