Btw, I also thought the referee was rubbish and played into their hands. And I also felt we would win up until the hour mark because I expected us to find another gear. But it still wasn't good enough up until that hour mark, you cannot gift sides two goals.

We've had a great home record this season, and also a great historic record against Wigan. Credit to them. It was a tough game, so I don't think we were any chance to dominate.

Once the game went to 2-0, and they sat back, I thought Walcott should have come off, as he needs a more open game, or a game where Arsenal are confident and firing. Chamberlain is much more likely to create something IMO when they sit back, especially as he can shoot from long range.

Ramsey is an excellent player out of form in my opinion.

I also don't like the tactic of taking a centre back off. It means Vermaelen can't creep forward as much, who is an excellent scoring threat.

It is a mirror of the QPR game. Defensive errors costing us. A 1-0 win would have been a great effort against an in-form and fired up Wigan.
