Bolton 2-0, by the way.
Sad times for Frimmy. Seems you don't need to stay at Arsenal to be an injury case.

ONly problem is he has had his development seriously stunted already, and now this will set him back further.

It's bad news in terms of his development, though, Zaid. It's now two years running - at an incredibly important age - that he has missed now. Not good.

Definitely, big blow for him. I'm just a bit relieved because I was following on the Beeb live feed, and they made it sound like an eye injury.
Sucks for him... would he be able to train at all?

1820: Ah. It looks like Craig Bellamy has succeeded in winding Nigel Reo-Coker up. Not sure what Bellamy said, but the Bolton man has to be restrained by his team-mate Zat Knight as the players go off at the break. It's probably a good thing that the Reebok is the only Premier League ground with TWO tunnels.

Pool lose as well. For all our failings, Pool have spent an absolute buttload of cash on utter rubbish and look terrible. Bolton have been all over them

They need to wait for the swelling to calm down before they can make a proper diagnosis. Id actually be more worried about an eye injury, that is potentially career threatening

A post from a liverpool fan in an Australian soccer forum:
It could be worse!
Dear King Kenny,
Please stop wasting $$$$ before these owners realise how much you really have blown. You clearly have no idea of what is required and these boys are businessmen, not a charity, and won't tolerate this rubbish forever. Let's hope they see the light and get rid of you rather than selling up first. If I ran my business in this fashion I would be in the dole queue, in fact would have been there several months back.
WTF have you been thinking and that is regardless of the short time you have been in the job. People are comparing your return to the Reds as the arrival of Sir A at the Mancs. Slow start etc etc etc. People please, not even a comparison worthy of debate, not now, not ever.
Your football is pure drivel of the absolute highest order, but I guess a lack of imagination from the team coaches has transposed itself into the types of players bought, so can the cattle really be blamed? They are what they have always been - not up to it.
The only thing I can think of is you don't have cable and you can't access vision of the world's best clubs in action. Instead it appears your VCR is stuck on replay of England's glory days (and that is of course a misnomer all of it's own) of old where the poetry of the beautiful 'kick-head-chase-kick-head' is still the fashion.
R.I.P Liverpool, another dead season.
Yours truly,
Reds fan who no longer even bothers to record your games
It could be worse!

Re: English Matches 2011/2012
City: Hart, Richards, Savic, Lescott, Clichy, Milner, Barry, Aguero, Silva, Nasri, Dzeko
Spurs: Friedel, Walker, Kaboul, King, Assou-Ekotto; Lennon, Modric, Parker, Bale; Van der Vaart; Defoe.
Looks like Nasri has been working hard to make it into the first team.
