No need to refer to the referee by the c word. It's the kind of language worthy of the chat box on football streaming sites.
In any case, we have no composure or calm. We lack solidity and good sense. That will not change with Wenger in charge.
Why would Aston Villa lie down and die? It's the start of their season too, we need to be a bit more streetwise.

Irrespective of whether we win this one or not that is.
The crowd is so irritable and impatient now, it's high time we moved on. All that's left to do is change managers, it's as simple as that.

the funds are there.....
just bring in what we need and be done with it....
getting rid of the manager is not the answer.

Naive, only for five or six years now!vyom.chaudhary wrote:we look so naive.always bringing trouble onto us
Szczesny lucky to stay on the pitch, why on earth would you challenge Agbonlahor to a race? In any case he went straight through the core of our side, like we were a polo mint. No need to sign a solid holding play then eh?
We seem to become overconfident when we take the lead at home. It's happened so many times in recent years, the deja vu feeling is insufferable.

Re: Arsenal v Aston Villa
We absolutely will buy players! Everyone in charge of the club have to be mental for us not to. My only hope is that it doesn't end up being panic buys, and that this stalling is not because we're wanting to confirm making the group srages of the CL first.

That's oversimplifying the situation. It's not just players we need, but to be far better tactically, positionally, stay calm etc.Michael Foster wrote:the funds are there.....

Wenger cannot go on forever in any case, I really think his time is done. He certainly can't help us improve our results each year. If we're happen to carry on with this mediocrity then fine, stick with him. Otherwise the manager's position is the only change left to make.

Rosicky really should have taken a touch forward a bit, should've been a goal. No composure.

Re: Arsenal v Aston Villa
and that wont get better until we bring in better payers as its obvious what we have cannot go up another level....still at the same level...we need the world class stars coming in...everyone will play better for it...John Foxall wrote:That's oversimplifying the situation. Wenger's past success wasn't really based on signing world-class stars.Michael Foster wrote:and that wont get better until we bring in better payers as its obvious what we have cannot go up another level....still at the same level...we need the world class stars coming in...everyone will play better for it...John Foxall wrote:That's oversimplifying the situation. What makes you think he can up his game at his age? Is he willing to compromise in order to improve our chances of success? Recent years suggest no.
Oh we've conceded another penalty. Great.
