horrible conditions has meant the football isnt pretty but we need to find a way to win these games because it is part and parcel of a premier league season.

Don't know what to make of that half, we were pretty awful... can't hold the ball for longer than 10 seconds, its been one of our biggest problems this season, that we lose the ball almost as soon as we gain possesion...

Koscielny and Per with some awesome tackles, Jenkinson very good. It's quite obvious how much difference it makes when Theo plays. He's usually closer to Giorud than The Ox is, especially from his headers and knockdowns. Can see Jack coming on in the second half because we need his drive. Ramsey has been good, but would much rather have Jack there. I still think we could scrape a win here.

Gotta remember Villa are pressing all over the pitch, it should tire them out in the 2nd half and the conditions will be pretty heavy out there. A lot of energy expended in the 1st half

Re: Arsenal v Aston Villa
even though jenkinson has improved as a player.but while going forward he really frustrates me.maybe its just me.but he doesnt offer even half of what sagna does in attacking sense.

Its games like these where we really could do with the quality of Henry, Fabregas or van Persie.

Maybe Gervinho's unpredictability will cause Villa's defense some problems.

We need to score so we take off the best finisher in the squad and bring on the most profligate. Great stuff.
