Cazorla and Podolski did not take a long time to settle in at Arsenal but respect for Olivier Giroud - the man has really started to prove his worth in recent games.

If you look back on the season so far, he could have had 2-3 spectacular goals as well but his build-up play and work-rate are very impressive.
