Really excited about this game. Easter is turning out to be quite a fun time for us Arsenal fans. Honestly, I didn't see the Scum dropping points today at home, let alone losing the game. I did see Chelsea dropping points though. Now, we should make this count and beat Wolves at their place. Since the new manager, they look ridiculously shit, however, that and our recent victory over City shouldn't make us complacent. Afterall, Wolves are fighting for their lives in the PL. We can have a 5 point margin from fourth after the game and that's really important. Come on boys, do the job. As for the lineup:
Szczesny
Sagna Djourou Vermaelen Santos
Arteta Song Rosicky
Theo RvP Benayoun
Yossi played very well against City and probably earns himself another start, but maybe against a team that will probably park the bus we need Gervinho. Can Rosicky start the game? I'd be dreaded if he can't. Unfortunately we will lose Koscielny, but if Djourou can't handle Wolves players, then he shouldn't be anywhere near our team.
Prediciton 2-1 win
RvP getting at least 1 goal. I am happy that the team is finding goals from other sources, but I want him to return to the score sheet.

We should be winning this by a huge margin, I've been watching Wolves regularly now since Mccarthy got fired and I have never seen such poor performances from pro players. Apart from Michael Kightly they don't offer much of a threat so I think we can let the likes of Andre Santos and AOC loose on them. We should be looking to stretch the play and keep them on their toes but I have a feeling Wenger will go with Ramsey again.

I'll be on a plane when this is played so unfortunately I'll miss it. But I reckon - as long as we're not complacent - that we can win it. Any sort of win will do - I'll take a 1-0. I'd like to see RVP hit 30 league goals for the season, so it'd be nice for him to start scoring again.

I have a feeling we might see a minor reshuffle. Santos, Gervinho and Ox to start perhaps?

I don't think so, no mention of it anywhere. Arseblog suspected it was an injury but apart from him no one's talked about any injury.

Thanks Sami,

I'd go same team then unless someone is too jaded. No one seems able to confirm is Koscielny is suspended or not, Djourou is a decent backup and should do fine if necessary. Benayoun deserves another start he was good, my problem with him this season has been that he plays well once, then disappears in the next game, so i'll be curious to see how he gets on.

Looking forward to what I am expecting wolves to get an absolute hammering!!!

They have looked nothing but hopeless in the games since MMc wad fired..no sign of them turning it around with us they will prob be looking at it thinking 'tough game...would be lucky for a draw'

A 4-0 arsenal win

And spurs sliding off into oblivion...

Happy days

The FOX Sports commentators made quite a hubbub about Kos' yellow coming "6 hours before the deadline" so I suspect he should be suspended.

Koscielny is banned, Djourou will take his place in the team and since Miquel is playing for the reserves today Squillaci will have to be on the bench.
Park got a promotion.

on the team news...
Gibbs is out with a fatigue of his groin, so Santos is back. Koscielny is of course suspended for two games and Gervinho is ruled out with an ankle problem. Squillaci and Park come in. The squad is quite easy to pick because all the players available are in.

on Gibbs...
Gibbs is short-term, it is more fatigue than an injury. Santos comes straight back.

on Gervinho...
He is short-term as well. He had a test today which was not completely satisfying but he is not far.

on reports Per Mertesacker had started training...
No, no, no, he is still in Germany for his rehab and he is starting his running but he is not back in training. He is fine though.

I doubt Wenger will start The Ox away at Wolves. I think Benayoun will start then.

---------------SZCZESNY------------------
SAGNA---DJOUROU---VERMAELEN---SANTOS
SONG-----------ARTETA------------ROSICKY
WALCOTT-----van PERSIE--------BENAYOUN

I'd give Benayoun the start due to his performance against City, but replace with with Ox (NOT Ramsey) if he doesn't show up. The rest of the team picks itself. 3-0 to the Gunners.
