Well well well.... It would seam the powers that be have finally decided to stand by what that insisted would be made of any club breaking set rules.

Breaking news says Man City have been hit with a whopping 50 million fine and had the squad for next seasons champions league limited to 21 squad members...

Now one thing that slightly puzzles me is hitting a club with that much money with a fine makes no difference... Also where is this fine paid from??
If it comes from operating costs then does that mean the are also 50 million on top of the amount disclosed for the sanction?? If so this drops them further behind with what set operating limits the powers that be laid out.....

i still have to see ffp being implemented properly, it would be advantageous for arsenal but i for now iam going to say its just a lot of bark without any bite. i am not holding my breath
