Profile -> Preferences -> Always notify me of replies : no -> save
Profile -> Topic(s) being watched -> Mark all -> Stop watching the selected topics -> Confirm

I seemed to have fixed it. I didn't do the part with "Stop watching the selected topics"

Once I did that, it stopped.

This is just so annoying. Every time I post in a topic I have to go to my profile to stop watching it otherwise I get an e-mail.
