Thoughts on Smashing Pumpkins latest?

Impossible to like if you compare to early albums. The first song rocks, and would not be out of place in Siamese Dream.

Otherwise, I like it, only if I don't relate to early albums. Pumped to see them in a Month.

I could see the first two songs on earlier albums. Track 3, which I'm currently listening to for the first time, definitely has elements of "Disarm". Once I've gone through the entire album, I'll have a clearer opinion. But so far, two and a half songs in, it's a million times better than Zeitgeist.
