Music Empty Music

Right, no one has started a Music topic, so I thought I'd start the ball rolling....

Really been getting into Brian Eno of late. His ambient stuff is particularly useful in calming down after an Arsenal 2nd half capitulation (found this out after Fulham earlier in the week).

I've fallen in love with the incredible cheesiness of Kriss Kross. Reminds me of when I was smaller and had no musical taste at all.

The EDM scene is becoming massive in America, particularly Florida. Going to shows like Avicii, deadmau5, Tiesto, Armin van Buuren at Ultra 2011 have been amazing experiences I will never forget. Anyone been to events like Sensation or Tomorrowland over in Europe?

I'm still stick in the 90's pining for the Britpop days to return. Massively excited about seeing the Stone Roses this year, one i'd never thought I'd be able to tick off my list.

Im a pretty big fan of Eno; his latest record that was released on Warp was a very inspiring listen.

I listen to everything, except RNB.

Addicted to sludge and stoner rock nowadays. Good genre for fans of extreme music (metal).

Tiesto and most other mainstream trance/dance/techno artists are very stale and hardly warrant their 'music artist' tag.

Also Gotye's single is shit.

Take that back immediately. I love that man dearly. His album this year was easily my favourite of the year.

This is just an amazing tune, the saxophone part is bliss. But I have to give credit to some go go dancer dancing to this tune for introducing me to this artist Twisted Evil

I've seen Meshuggah. Very impressive.

Are you into Porcupine Tree? They are beyond tight. Best band I've ever seen live.

Saw System of a Down last month also, which was enjoyable, in a kinda nostalgic way.

Yeah Meshuggah is immense. Too much breakdowns though but I could live with it. Chemical Brothers came over to Malaysia the other day, it was epiccccc.

Also, if you guys like some stoner rock stuff, check this out :
