Has any one used the mobile version on their phone, am I right in thinking you can only read and not reply in the format?

I was looking at that, and it seems like that's the case. But there is a "classic version" option at the bottom which looks exactly like it does on a pc, except much smaller.

Yeah if you use classic option it works perfectly on mobile, full functionality. I use opera mobile browser and that classic option.

lol! The website owners need money to run this space and hence the ads. If you are annoyed by these ads, use ad blocker Idea

Ah that's fine, I usually view it in classic buy the mobile version is quite good for reading through the threads and if I want to reply I just switch to classic not too much hassle really
Really hoping I can use this on my work computer

I think it is just an add rather than a pop up. The graphics used make it look like a pop up. Cheeky sods.

Is there an ad free version available for this? How much would it cost to go add free? I'd be happy to chip in.

This forum is free for all so the owners need to place adds to generate income off of this. You can remove the adds for a minimal fee.

Is there any reason I have to log in every time I close my browser and come back on? I've got the 'Remember Me' box (or whatever it's called) ticked, but I still have to click the Log In With Facebook button every time I want to post.

Would anyone else prefer it if the avatars and names were on the left rather than the right? I guess it is what I am used to on other forums, and facebook was always on the left, where you start reading the sentence.

You could allow them...with rules...ie. No Pictures, 1 line only, no quoting of other members comments (as it can become a bit vicious) etc etc

Re: Issues/Questions

Post by Stephen Mitchell on Sun Jan 15, 2012 12:22 am

Just a quick question...

I've been on forums before where the admins have been able to change the names of the posters' "ranks" to something specific to the forum, not just "member" etc... Do you know, with this board, is it possible to have your own rank system based on posts? One idea would be to have ranks based on old player names, the lowest being someone a bit rubbish (Stepanovs, for example) and the highest being some really good (Henry etc...)

Apologies if this is a load of nonsense, I've been lacking sleep recently.
